What you'll be doing
- Develop and deliver a strategic business development plan against revenue targets
- Identify, qualify and secure new business across multiple sectors
- Build relationships with C-suite, procurement, estates and sustainability leads
- Deliver presentations, proposals and workshops to prospective clients
- Lead commercial discussions from enquiry through to contract award
- Support major tenders, pitches and framework submissions
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting
What you need
- 5+ years' business development in furniture, workplace interiors or fit-out
- Strong understanding of workplace environments and commercial projects
- Circular economy or sustainability exposure highly advantageous
- Success securing and growing high-value commercial accounts
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Full UK driving licence
