What you'll be doing
- Lead product management across multiple products and platforms
- Lead engineering teams on architecture, development and maintenance
- Drive quality assurance, testing standards and release management
- Own cloud, hybrid and on-premise infrastructure, resilience and DR
- Develop cybersecurity strategy, controls and compliance
- Build, mentor and develop high-performing technology teams
- Communicate technology strategy to the board, investors and customers
What you need
- Experience at CTO or senior technology leadership level
- SaaS, cybersecurity, EdTech or technology-led business background
- Track record scaling teams, platforms and mission-critical solutions
- Strong software engineering, systems architecture and cloud knowledge
- Networking experience: routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, firewalls, proxies
- Experience managing technology budgets and investment planning
- Executive stakeholder management and board-level influence
