What you'll be doing
- Guide customers through the journey from first enquiry to handover
- Prospect for new customers by phone and at product launches and events
- Maintain a comprehensive enquiry database
- Build in-depth product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
- Recommend suitable add-on products to match customer needs
- Deliver service that builds loyalty and referrals
What you need
- Some sales or customer service experience — you don't need every skill
- Energy and enthusiasm for first-class customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
