What you'll be doing
- Support the sales team from enquiry through to order completion and installation
- Produce and amend AutoCAD drawings, layouts and technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance on the TechWall range to clients and dealers
- Assist with client presentations, design proposals and product mock-ups
- Process orders and coordinate with manufacturing partners and suppliers
- Raise purchase orders, track acknowledgements and monitor progress
- Conduct occasional site and dealer showroom visits
What you need
- Sales support, project support, technical support or design coordination experience
- AutoCAD experience advantageous but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commercial interiors, furniture or fit-out background advantageous
